The Local Living Venture is pleased to join with Paula M. Youmell, RN, MS, CHC of Hands On Health Holistic Healing in launching a Whole Health and Healing Academy for individuals interested in gaining a well rounded knowledge of holistic health issues.
Classes are designed to enhance personal health and inspire confidence in the ability of our bodies to heal itself through good nutrition - which also means "eat yummy food!" This series provides a solid overview of the many topics Paula may address with you as your personal health coach, but at a "group rate" -- more on this below.
The "academy" will commence on September 25, continuing for nine sessions through the Fall semester. Sign up for one or for all! Attendees who successfully complete six sessions will receive a Certificate of Accomplishment for your personal resume and will take advantage of this opportunity to put health and healing into your hands.

This series is designed to give a solid overview of the many topics Paula may address with you as your personal health coach, but at a "group rate" -- and with both group privileges and restrictions: there will be plenty of time for Q&A, though not in a private setting, and moderated in a fashion that flows for all participants in the classes.
All classes in the ongoing series are 1-1/2 hours long and include a slide show that will also be emailed to all participants as well as various educational handouts. Follow up information will be tailored to also address the health concerns of participants in the session.
