Working Schedule for Outreach Booths

Hello Friend!

Please note that this page is constantly being amended; during outreach season (Summer), especially!

All of the relevant information may not yet have been entered here, so please contact us via email if you are interested in signing up for a (preferably) two hour shift.  Please note the best time for you to volunteer at an event and, if possible, an alternate time as well.

Welcome to the
Local Living Venture booth!

Please note that comprehensive training sessions are available (but not 100% necessary prior to volunteering.)  This does give our volunteers all of the information they need to be comfortable and productive members of our outreach booth staffing team, though!  Email us for details on the next session.

You are welcome to join us and "learn on the fly", however.  We will pair you with an experienced volunteer to "show you the ropes" in that case.

We have a lot of fun sharing resources and engaging with our North Country neighbors at these outreach events -- and we endeavor to share these positive experiences with you, our wonderful volunteer, as well!

Look for our booths (and email us to sign up for a time slot!) at all of these fun local events below!

Mares Wares Booth 2011

Please note that one of the more fun tasks of doing a booth at these events is to make connections for potential exhibitors and also speakers / demonstrators for our Local Living Festival!  Please leave notes in the Booth Binder for our use in follow up with contacts you make at shows.  You don't have to speak with people about it if you're not comfortable with that, but please do share their contact info and a note about them with us.  This can play a huge role in making our next Festival as relevant and vibrant as possible!  Thanks so much!
